155 years of Hong Kong remained a British colony, and in 1997 the territory granted broad autonomy for 50 years after the transfer of sovereignty, under the slogan "One country - two systems". In China, lie function of defense and foreign policy area, and Hong Kong reserves the right to control the law, police force, monetary system, customs duties and immigration policies, and maintains representation in international organizations and events.

Virtually all movement on the second tier cities, all the skyscrapers are connected by transitions.

Coming to the square of the transition, I just could not believe that this is the second tier.

The Lost World In The City. Hong Kong.

The settlement on the water Aberdeen fishing village, which is still home to hereditary fishermen and their families. They live in boats and floating houses, and very close to bubbling life of the modern big city with neon lights, computer technology, skyscrapers and buzzing machines.

Just a couple of centuries ago, Aberdeen was a haven for pirates. The time has come, and the British military set foot on Chinese soil dispersed offshore hooligans. Aberdeen became a fishing village, which has been preserved to our days.
02.
Huge city, close to the bustling village, did not touch the traditional life of the inhabitants of Aberdeen, everything here is how many years ago.
03.
You could take a guided tour, a ride on the speed boat at anchor along the rows of fishing junks, and dine in the prestigious seafood restaurant, but the real heroes are always around, so I did. I found a regular fishing boat, reached an agreement with the simplest, most ordinary fisherman and hit the road with him in his native place.
04.
Acquainted, Chan told me that his grandfather and father were fishermen, and a son, too, follows in the footsteps of their ancestors drove me far beyond the bay, and then returned back)
05.
Sails along the coast, past the fishermen's huts and boats to the shore stretched on the platform.
06.
In this bay is not only fishing boats, pleasure boats and stand on the dock.
07.
Aberdeen - Hong Kong's largest suburb located to the south-west of Hong Kong Island.
08.
Near the floating shacks grows more and more skyscrapers.
09.
10.
In 80 years at Aberdeen were built residential high-rises due to government plans to resettle them representatives of the peoples living in the floating village. Many of them, preferring the traditional way of life, and remained in their floating houses.
11.
Fishermen try to return to shore with their catch at dawn, in time to unload fish at the wholesale fish market in Aberdeen.
12.
13.
14.
Settlers of Aberdeen are direct descendants of the ancient peoples of the tank and Hockley. These people traditionally spend their whole lives in water and used their boat as a residential and work places. In the past they were known as "Children of the ships."
15.
16.
Now, of course, in many homes of the fishermen came and technological progress - washing machines, refrigerators, television sets, but still remain and these houses are not twinkling blue TV screens and wash the old fashioned way - by hand.
17.
For repair and inspection of the boat lifted ashore on a specially constructed platforms.
18.
Household chores fishermen.
19.
20.
He looked out the window of a house.
21.
The men are repairing the network, the women wash the dishes and wash the deck.
22.
Aberdeen is familiar to many from the films with Bruce Lee, Jean-Claude Van Dam and Jackie Chan.
23.
24.
The bridge connects the island of Hong Kong Apleychau and Aberdeen - the most populous island in the world, 66,755 people / km ².
25.
26.
You can hire a boat and get to the famous restaurant on the water "JUMBO", decorated with carved, gilded dragons.
27.
After reconstruction of the floating restaurant turned into a real entertainment center.
28.
Panorama of the bay and Mount Aberdeen Johnston of Ocean Park.
29.
Surprisingly it turns out, a modern metropolis with the latest innovative technologies is adjacent to the fishing village, where civilization has hardly touched the lives of local residents.
30.
Quietly moved into the metropolis, for comparison.
31.
32.
The street is dotted with neon signs advertising.
33.
34.
Students waiting for the bus at the bus stop on the fly reading the press.
35.
In the subway.
36.
It is like the Hong Kong subway, unlike Moscow or Kiev. The train stops in the well-planned place.
37.
Railroad tracks separate from the platform by a glass wall with doors for the passage of the train.
38.
The train is not divided into wagons, a long train.
39.
This little girl, I just liked it.
